OSB/3 is an abbreviation for Oriented Strand Board.
It is a wood-based product in the form of a flat-pressed three-layer board consisting of rectangular flat chips, which - under the influence of high pressure and temperature, using synthetic resin as a binding agent - are pressed to form a board using a hot rolling method. OSB/3 is the first wood-based board developed specifically for the construction industry.
